Además, el producto se puede tomar también durante el día para favorecer la relajación, gracias a la sinergia de todas las plantas, y la reducción de la intranquilidad, gracias a la Melisa.
El sueño fisiológico se logra cuando el organismo es capaz de mantener un estado equilibrado de tranquilidad incluso durante el día, de modo que por la noche ya está preparado para el descanso nocturno.
