INDICACIONES
Grintuss Pediatric jarabe está indicado para el tratamiento de la tos, ya sea seca o productiva, en niños a partir de 1 año de edad. Está indicado tanto para la tos en la fase aguda como en caso de tos persistente.
CÓMO ACTÚA
Grintuss ejerce una acción protectora, suavizante y antiinflamatoria fisiológica en las vías respiratorias superiores como resultado de los siguientes mecanismos de acción:

Forma una película sobre la mucosa y la protege del contacto con los agentes irritantes. -
Antioxidante
Reduce los radicales libres generados por la inflamación de la mucosa. -
Mucorregulador
Promueve la hidratación del moco presente en las vías respiratorias superiores, disminuyendo su viscosidad y favoreciendo su eliminación. -
Lubricante
Limita el rozamiento entre la epiglotis y la faringe durante los golpes de tos, contrarrestando así el círculo vicioso que contribuye a la inflamación. -
Hidratante
Favorece el mantenimiento de la integridad y del funcionamiento de la mucosa.
